Itineraries and tastings

The Taste Route
A route dedicated to taste, with a ticket for 5 tastings of products of the gastronomic excellences present in the various stands.
Price: 10 euros.
Those who purchase the Taste Route will be given a passport to stamp at the four access points to the event to receive an exclusive gadget!

The Taste Lunch
“La Tagliatella”
From 12:00 am, with traditional Emilian tagliatella, bensone, water or wine
Price: 12 euros.

If you purchase the Route + Lunch: cost 20 euros.
Tickets for the Route and the Taste Lunch are on sale at the Info Point in Piazza Libertà.

Gluten Free Menu
At the Alice Gourmet stand: baked pasta, water or wine, dessert. Reservations are appreciated: lungaristefania@libero.it

• Piazza Libertà:
  “See you in the Square” from Maranello. From 10:30 to 12:30 am live TV broadcast by TRC with the participation of Andrea Barbi and Marco Ligabue
• 10:30 am Tricks and recipes by Lady Chef “Miss Tagliatella” Albarosa Zoffoli on how to prepare fresh pasta and mixed pasta.
• Cooking of the must for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, at the Maranello Tipico stand.
• 3:00 pm Lady Chef “Miss Tagliatella” Albarosa Zoffoli: discover the tradition of Piadina Romagnola from Cesena and Forlì! Live preparation and final tasting: come and discover how to prepare the real piadina romagnola!
• From 3:00 pm How to make Parmigiano Reggiano. Master cheesemaker Flaminio Mucciarini will carry out the cooking phase of the famous cheese with bundles, as it was once done… Followed by: free ricotta tasting for all participants. Organized by the San Luigi di Samone di Guiglia dairy and Ti Cresce Maranello.
• From 5:00 pm Show Cooking with the “King of Sandwiches” Daniele Reponi. Followed by free tastings of three new gourmet sandwiches with typical Modena products by Piacere Modena.

Mabic Library:

• The library is open! The Maranello Library is open from 9:30 am to 6 pm with all services active.
• 10:00 am Piazzetta Nelson Mandela (outside Mabic): Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Grand Prix. Award ceremony of the 15th Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Grand Prix of the City of Maranello and the 8th Nocino Grand Prix.
• 3:30 pm “Letture con gusto degne di note”, curated by the Librarsi Association. Theatrical reading curated by Viviana Romanori and musical performance by Monica Guidetti, from 10 to 99 years old. Free admission until seats are filled.
• Eccellenze: journey into beauty. Photographic exhibition on Italian and Japanese excellence, with images from the Blow Up Club of Maranello, the L’Occhio Photographic Club of Galatone (Lecce) and the photographer Kasumasa Hara.

Auditorium Enzo Ferrari:

• 4:00 p.m. “The Via Francigena of the South and the Ancient Routes of Transhumance”. A 600 km circular journey by the Tagliatino Mtb Group of Maranello, a bit pilgrims and a bit shepherds between Lazio, Campania, Molise, Puglia and Abruzzo. Video story by Anacleto Zanfi.

Spazio Culturale Madonna del Corso:

• “Connessione da Cani” Photographic exhibition by Martina Corrado with sculptures by Pablo Garcia Maniara. Curated by APS Space. Opening hours 10 am-1 pm and 5-7 pm.

Entertainment for adults and children

Piazza Libertà:

• From 11:30 am “The grape harvest of the past. Pressing grapes with your feet” Activities for children by the Comitato Maranello Tipico.
• From 3 pm Free workshops for families with children “Guess who doesn’t waste at dinner” A fun journey through sustainability, the fight against food waste and coding with quizzes, questions and themed tests to discover all the secrets to not wasting even a crumb at the table. By CEAS Cà Tassi.
