With the "Signs of Community" project, the Municipality of Prignano sulla Secchia wants to promote, within the policies of valorization and improvement of the urban decoration of the entire municipal territory. The decision was made to use Street Art as a unifying force for a community spread over a very vast territory characterized by scattered villages and settlements.
