The award-winning playwright Emanuele Aldrovandi, also a talented director of his own plays as well as various short films, brings his new work to the stage.

In this new work the artist focuses on the effects of our modernity, on misinformation and on the profoundly dysfunctional system established by social media, first accused of creating distances between people and in a few years instead considered the only way to have contact between individuals. At the center of the story, a mother and her obsession with the creation of her daughter Emma, a six-year-old girl: her mother, Marta, is willing to do anything to make her become a successful artist.

Aldrovandi addresses and analyzes the unhealthy relationship between happiness and fulfillment, questioning what artistic quality is in the post-truth era.
